Add Mac compatibility #3

(Re-created this pull request from #2 due to strange Git client issues)

After finding this special fork of MKXP available for the grabs, I couldn’t help but snag the opportunity to modify the source for the ability to compile for Mac, as https://twitter.com/vdscratchy/status/808570257656795140 shows when I finished this commit. I wanted to be able to play this game while I’m on my trip, so after lots of patience and (obsessive) dedication, I got it to compile and run!

I'll keep this pull request closed the time being, until I've made sure that all the bugs are worked out first. Most of the game is fully functional for macOS, luckily, and saves don't interfere between platforms. Though the official journal isn't being used due to the .gitignore that removes those files from the repository, there's a re-implementation version in use in the macOS and Linux ports that's included in here, so players will be able to finish the game!
