Suggestion: Language Support #4

Before starting the work on it: Is there an interest to open up the module to other languages? There is some groundwork to be done as the localization isn't used yet. I could provide a German translation as well.

At least for the templates I might be able to open a pull requests with the necessary changes.

I would like to translate it to brazillian portuguese, but there's no support for localization yet =c
