[Bug] Clash with Monk's Enhanced Journal #68

There is an issue when using Narrator Tools with Monk's Enhanced Journal in that the right-click context menu doesn't work, so Narrate and Describe cannot be used in Journal entries.

This might be a problem on the MEJ side but I'm flagging it in case it can be fixed in Narrator Tools.
