Menu bar showing after updating to 0.3.0 #62

A new menu bar appeared after upgrading to v0.3.0, which seems to be a default one (with only entries for closing the window).

This is by design, it helps with default shortcuts and keyboard accessibility see here https://github.com/elk-zone/elk-native/pull/57 the menu will receive additional entries in coming versions
