Enhancement: Move focus to language search input when clicking a language #1589

Right now this needs two clicks (focus to input doesn't get activated after clicking the language):

Would prefer to click once and then be able to start typing. I could try to send a PR about this myself later, but right now decided to open an issue as I'm too busy and the current Vue is not yet clear to me, I suppose it should be done in PublishWidget.vue and PublishLanguagePicker.vue.
