Buttons overlap when adding audio to a post

Hello, I found a small bug using the elk pwa from mobile.

Basically, when adding an audio to a new post, the Edit button goes over the X button to remove the audio, meaning I can't actually remove it once added, aside from closing and reopening the app.

I'm using Brave Browser on a Xiaomi device.
