fix(i18n): Improved consistency of the German translation

I keep finding more issues with the German translation:

Alt text of profile avatar and header hasn’t been properly translated, probably because these strings aren’t visible.
following_count translation was putting the number last which looks very ugly and is hard to parse in the profile info.
posts_count wasn’t correctly considering the “1 post” scenario.
Translation of “X has requested to follow you” is inconsistent and unnecessarily complicated.
“Mutuals” translated as “friends” which just isn’t right. Mutual following doesn’t mean friendship.
