• Manager service should be responsible for work distribution to the workers.
• Manager service should be able to perform the work of workers that did not respond in time.
• Manager service should be able to mark bad workers such that we can ban them from writing and requesting from the server things.
• Manager service should be able to conclude when all workers have done their part and are done.
