Test Cleanup

[Spuds]

• Renames the test classes so they match file names
• Renames the files so they can match classes
• Move our testsetup abstract to a tests namespace (/tests directory_ and adds that to the bootstrap auto loader so it can be found. Previously it was in the tests controller directory w/o namespace and phpunit simply loaded it. This however was a pita for local testing, now it is easier to setup on a local.
• Add a couple of profile tests since I was doing all this and wanted to ensure it worked
