calling `cape-yasnippet` interactively on a blank line returns no completions #4

Hi. It would be nice if cape-yasnippet returned all snippets when called interactively without any completion prefix (like say on a blank line).

This issue still hasn't been fixed for me actually.

M-x yas-insert-snippet is what you want :)
