I added URLs to the references, our preferred bibkey style, and the missing service files.

If you are interested in further contributing towards association rules: ELKI currently does not have handling of "closed" and "maximal" itemsets. Only considering closed itemsets for generating association rules may help remove some redundant candidates, if I am not mistaken, and can help conserving memory.
