radius admin theme missing in release zip #195

Describe the bug The radius-theme-1.5.0.zip is missing inside the published release zip.

Additionally the parent-reference is still keycloak instead of keycloak.v2 in theme.properties. Changing this will include a major update of the theme I expect, which was not touched since the repo fork 😟
