Column choices are not saved after quitting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Customize the columns (e.g. remove all but one)
2. Quit
3. Start

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The removed columns are still removed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.11.1.0, Windows7 64 bit.  We're on a corporate domain which may affect where 
config files are saved and what registry key permissions are available.

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm seeing the same problem with version 0.12.1.0.

This is especially annoying because we don't use the 'Claim' plugin, so the 
respective columns just waste screen space.
