Externalize dependencies through a config #5

Decouple mpg123, purple-remote etc. from the application. Generic concepts of a notifier, sound player, status changer etc. should be introduced.

Move this stuff into a configuration file. Some people might not want to use some of these features.

May be superseded by #10.

The supersession will probably be only partial though, in that case these configuration features will be moved to each plugin.
