[WIP] Improve server functionality #14

Work in progress.. Finally working on this again, so now feels like a good time to create a pr. This way there is some time pressure to actual get stuff done.

Features to implemented by this PR

Add game room feature
Use actors to improve concurrency
Fix message queue building leading to memory leaks

Still left to do:

[ ] Clean up code + tree
[ ] someother stuff i will write later

Not ready to be merged.
