In some cases, we will probably have access to a Wifi that can provide internet access, so no need for the Cellular Uplink, if Wifi Uplink is implemented.

Because wifi may fail, it would be nice to keep lte as fallback/ config- channel: Send pics over wifi if available, use lte for status / config if wifi fails... Eg. 1nce.com offers a prepaid IOT SIM With100mb valid 10yr. For 10€, so this would add virtually no running costs.
