Updated the yes and no icons #14

A quick fix for the no entry sign (as I can see font icons are coming shortly). I've changed the no entry icon to a cross, whilst it may not be perfect I believe it's an improvement to the no entry symbol.

Also, the size of the icons have been slightly increased, I believe this has a positive visual impact.
