Ellaism Community recommendations #50

Hello all, I totally support decentralization, open source and community based projects. These are the few things that had drawn me to the Ellaism project.

I come from a mining background and am on discord 24/7. I have noticed that the discord channel needs a revamp. A lot of the protocols have a discord that looks "presentable" and active. Maybe we can do a few things to spruce it up a little bit ?

Recommendations:

  1. Need a community manager or more
  2. List dev, moderators and anyone related to marketing names in the discord on the right side of the dashboard. Presentable and "organized.

A lot of new miners and crypto enthusiasts want to support a new project but when they come into the discord there is not a constructed formal list of who's involved. I think this would help out greatly and grow ellaism.

You end up with a situation where people put ! in front of their name to advertise which would be nice to avoid. It does look confusing and a bit untrustworthy once that happens.

I think role organisation visibility is good to have. Let's people know who's involved

Perhaps this is something that is. But I liked the way discord was organized. Without allotting to groups like everyone else. This gives more unity and involvement of each in my opinion. And it seems to me that it is based on its unique way to build cooperation in discord.

I know that there were recently some organizational changes applied to the Discord channels as well as the addition of some groups. I think this makes for a better first, and hopefully ongoing, interaction with the Ellaism community.
