Wasm was enabled at block 2,000,000 and unless you were in the Discord there is really not a lot of public info about this event. Developers interested in wasm might not be able to easily find the resources that we have available.

We should update the following places:

@ellaismer when the quarterly update is published (assuming it mentions wasm) this will be complete and I will thank Lane for pointing out the missing info.
