Added BBPress Functionality #11

If you have installed the BBPress Plugin you also need to filter the bbp_get_reply_content

Thanks @silentgecko! I tested your changes and it's working great on my site with bbPress.

I'm not going to add bbPress specific filters that are not in core. Also, 4.2 is getting new smileys. :)
