0.X recommendation 4: Adding Media

Ideally also needs to include "Add from URL" - would also be great if you could allow other image based (Creative Commons) plugins have their link/search appear here to as most frontend bloggers will be needing to find CC images - I'm thinking about Pixabay and Photodropper as examples...

Do you mean in the "Add block" toolbar? Sure, I don't see why not!

No I mean in the Image/Media link (when you click to add...)

Sorry, I mean when you click the pencil in featured image or "add media" and the pop-up comes up. There is currently only upload and library options...

However, I think this might be WP itself?

Anyways, if there is an opportunity to add this into the "add block" then I think you're on a winner! Just a thought - maybe an option to enable the now-very-popular WP Inject plugin to search for images on the front end? Not sure how or even if this is possible, but just a thought...

First is the window that opens in front end, second image is the backend (as you can see there is a side bar missing in the frontend that allows additional options for writers to add media...)

Those are two different windows. If you add a featured image on the back-end, you'll get the first window. On the front-end too. If you insert media, you get the second. And on the front-end too. You have to press enter to go to a new paragraph and click "add block". Then the second window opens.
