using the noneditable functionality #239

hi, I see that you have the tinymce noneditable function added to this plugin, but uncertain how to active it, would it still be by adding

on the section you dont want to the user to edit or if it via a different method.

You should take a look at mce-view-register.js and mce-view.js in WordPress core. :)
