These are my compiled fixes for WP 4.3.1

Issues:

Console errors when clicking on the "Edit Page" button to turn FEE on - commit 0569644
Floating toolbar doesn't show up - commit cc94a5c (hack fix; please fix properly!)
Clicking on the 'remove' button multiple times in the image floating toolbar removes parent elements - see #266 (basically merged my other branch to this PR)

Cherry-pick whatever commits you need.
