Add capability to edit text widgets for Front Page widgetized pages (Genesis) #308

Hi iseulde!

It would be great to have the ability to edit text widgets for widgetized pages. One way of editing pages for certain clients/users would be desirable. Or, maybe add a way, if possible, we can enable which content is to be editable.
