This is very, very rough, but it's what I was able to get done in a few hours.

This doesn't cover the remote-index configuration, but it should be enough to get people up and running.

There's a bit more information in #3 on which downloads you want for WOF data and where to get them. I'll try and include that in a follow-up PR at some point.
