Add Z85 ICD10 code to charleson calculation #58

@ellessenne, the package is amazing, thank you.

I've created a pull request with a very minor change. I've added in the ICD-10 diagnosis Z85 to the cancer codes for charelson calculation. The ICD10 code of Z85 is "Personal History of malignant neoplasm" and should therefore be included in the definition of cancer.

Hi @jwallib, First of all, thank you for your PR. While I agree that the Z85 code would belong in the definition of cancer, I don't think it is a good idea to deviate from published scores (such as, in this case, the codes from the Quan et al. 2005 paper). This was previously discussed (e.g., here) if you want to read more about the reasoning behind that. Many thanks again and best,
