Add equalizer like a elementary.music #43

I want to add equalizer to byte. But i don't know how. Need make button after "Preferences" in "Menu" and new dialog window with lines equalize. (I trued add files from elem.misic and append to byte.) @alainm23 What do you think?

Hey this looks good. Yes, I think it's okay to add a new button on the menu and a Dialog to play with the equalizer.

We can copy the design and functionality of elementary.music
