Integrates "Talamel", a (somewhat more stable) wrapper around taglib, as an alternative to id3v2 and mp4info. Removes the old command-line invocations of id3v2 and mp4info. This should make ellington more portable, with the aim of supporting (at some point) Microsoft Windows.
