Joss paper final edits #50

I made a few final formatting changes to the JOSS paper, please have a look and apply them if you agree. The changes in the bib file are to not enforce the capitalization (we use sentence case not title case for references in JOSS), and the changes in the markdown document are mainly to avoid clashing parentheses like "(TE) (Clare et al., 2001)" or "(... (Lutkenhoff et al., 2014))". In some cases, this could probably be avoided more easily by not introducing the abbreviation in the first place, in particular if it is not used later in the text (e.g., do you need to mention "TE"?). I understand that sometimes the abbreviation is more commonly known than the full name, but please have a look whether this is the case here. Also, is the citation of "Fazal et al., 2022" correct for echo time/TE in the main text (l. 66-67 in the new version)?

Thank you for the comments, I agree with all your changes. I've also taken out the unnecessary acronyms and replaced the Fazal citation with "Clare et al., 2001".
