Add options to create rotors/reflectors in the UI #25

The only way to add custom rotors or reflectors is to access the files in ./config. It would be better to have an option within the UI to add them and potentially write them to the config files for later use

To enhance this further, it could generate a small diagram to represent what the wiring will look like
