Is there any plans to upgrade this module to support Silverstripe 5?

Any chance that the PR can be merged? Wanting to upgrade some sites but this is the last outstanding module we need updated

Use "gorriecoe/silverstripe-linkfield": "^1.1" for Silverstripe 5 support
