Can't Get Manager to display GameTDB titles. #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set GameTDB titles on.
2.Wiitdb.xml is in the Sd:/config, and Custom path is set there too.

Output:
WiiTDB Titles don't diplay, even after a reboot, Instead, the titles stored in 
the save data are shown.

are the manager showing a progress window while getting titles list ,when 
leaving settings page ?

this seems to be fixed in beta 4.
