Update alicebob/miniredis dependecy to v2 #35

Update alicebob/miniredis to v2 of the package in v6, v7 and v8.
Also update go-redis/redis to v8.4.4 on v8 because it was failing to build on v8.3.3 (that version doesn't have the LPos command)
Update README example to use miniredis/v2
