Ability to draw splines #186

HeeksCAD is getting really useful and I'm finding less and less reason to
go back to some of the other tools like qcad and inkscape to draw my basic
geometry.  One thing that is missing is the ability to draw complex curves.

Please consider adding splines to the enhancement roadmap.

The code for this this done. However, there is no button for it. The flyout 
toolbar
was the plan for making a button for it. This might be too complicated. Maybe 
we need
a drawing menu, a drawing toolbar instead, or first.

Is this still too complicated to do?  I noticed that I can select existing 
splines
and change the values for poles by clicking very close to the handles.  
However, I'm
not able to grab and drag them or add new poles.

Entering in coordinates directly for a x,y of a pole causes a segfault.

It's now possible to add points and draw a spline through the points.  A better 
UI would be nice but I consider this issue fixed.
