Fit view to extents - edges #236

Open "startrek.igs".
Nothing can be seen.

If you zoom out, you can see it, but the "fit view to extents" button is
not working.

CEdge::GetBox was not implemented. It now loops through the edge's vertices 
adding
them to the box.
