cxf font loading on startup is slow #244

when starting heekscad r1073 i get a lot of lines like:
Looking at greeks.cxf
Looking at courier.cxf
Read 31 vector font files

this takes a good 10-15 seconds and would be easy to skip for faster launching

I've changed the code to read the font files the first time a text object is 
edited
rather than at application startup.  Is this sufficient?
