Position should be relative to active coordinate system #282

When defining and/or activating a different coordinate system, all the 
coordinate values should be relative to that system.

To replicate:
1) Define a new coordinate system and set active.

2) Draw a cylinder, point or any other entity using that system.

3) The position of the center shown in the properties tab is always relative to 
the initial system at 0 0 0.
