Feature request: Tapering angle parameter for deep machining #301

When using a 3mm dia, 40mm long tool you may still want to work on deeper cuts. 
There is a tool length option but no way to configure the chuck diameter or 
required clearance angle.
If your chuck is 20mm dia and 30mm tall you can easily work on 40+30mm deep 
paths as long as the sidewalls clear the chuck. By tapering the sidewalls of a 
deep zigzag operation the chuck would be allowed to clear.
