Progressbar for big code Waterline or Zigzag #326

It woudt be good to have a progressbar on G-code Gerenation as it takes 
somwhere up to 30min 

How it maybe done there is a Main Direction and a wide  for this Example USE X 
Xmin Xmax is known 
if the NC repords back its calculations it can be used to where it is now
and trigger the progressbar
