I found the instructions a little confusing when I first read them, so I thought it might be a good idea to make them more explicit. Also is this how you intended mocha-mongoose to be required via mocha.opts?

@elliotf I asked a stack overflow question about requiring mocha-mongoose via mocha.ops, and it seems it can't be done so I'm closing this PR.

What do you mean by requiring mocha mongoose in your spec helper?
