Add .env vars #23

I forgot to publish a .env.sample file.

Rename this file to .env and fill in these values with the credentials of the Firefox and Chrome stores. More infos: https://github.com/notlmn/browser-extension-template#publishing

You can then use the task: npm run release to automatically publish to the stores.

Please note that these credentials must not be published on GIT! The .env file is ignored by GIT.

Just pushed few changes to remove use of innerHTML

I also added some stores in Germany, Netherlands and Canada (with dutch and german translations).
