update to version 4 NServiceBus #14

actually I have the following issue, because the NES framework was compiled against version 3

Please can you provide new nuget packages which use the actual version of the NServiceBus?

Thanks to your pull request #16 the NES v4 packages (for NServiceBus v4 and NEventStore v4 support) are now on nuget.
