Names of route's points #23

In version 1.0 of gpx each point of route has name. I've added support for it.

Coverage increased (+0.01%) to 97.235% when pulling dcb67e80fc4574f9ee91fd6beb18761e9fb9ea31 on snifter:master into acd206cbdc4f46a2b7d177ff84c8d5eb3f4556de on elliotstokes:master.
