quam = mark / case mark when what follows can be construed as the predicate of the comparative clause, or an oblique dependent of the clause. case when what follows can be construed as an argument of the comparative clause.

If the predicate in a comparative clause is verbal, or marked by an explicit form of the copula or substantive verb, it gets the deprel "advcl". Otherwise, it is marked as obl.
