Remember to add the features to verbs and to the scripts.

trans, intrans, and augm. have to the edit_conll.py; Run this script and then check to see if anything is missing from current data.

Trans/Intrans/Augm have been addressed. Depon and Depend need to be reimported from ChronHib.
