FYI @elliottomlinson there are a few margins and such that weren't specified such as the margin of the title in the title box. I've taken random guesses at the right values. I figure we can always tweak those later though

Next I'm going to convert this html file into a template, get it working in IMGKit, and then generate all of our current cards. From there we can evaluate other visual edge cases.

We can generate cards with this template now with cardmaster generate. I generated all the cards with all the commits excluding the crop/transparency changes. Preview of the final card look before merging: Disappear

Still lots of changes to be made, but we can merge this in as a functional first step
