adding our latest card catalogue as a csv, along with the excel file I use to read and edit it

I'd also like for people to be able to browse the catalogue without leaving github. To this end I'm going to try setting up a gh action to generate a catalogue.md every time catalogue.csv is updated. If this works I'll link it in the readme. 0ccba46

had to push some things to master to tinker with the action but it looks like it's all working. we can now browse the deck at: https://github.com/elliottomlinson/cardmaster/blob/master/catalogue.md
