Thanks for the feature request. I like this idea.
Right now I'm busy with other projects so I won't have the time to work on adding this feature myself, but I'd be open to reviewing any PRs if someone wanted to take on adding this feature themselves. And I may have more time in the future to work on adding this feature if someone else hasn't already done so by then.
Context: Oftentimes, when researching something I start on Google instead of YouTube, as I'm open to find either websites, articles, reddit posts or videos on a specific topic. My search results then look something like this:
Opening any videos from there is a gamble as Google has often tricked me promoting low quality videos there.
So now as soon as a video seems interesting, I'll usually open a new tab, navigate to YouTube, and put in the same search query there to find a suitable video.
I'm aware this isn't a small request, but it would be awesome if we could have the same preview functionality of a video's quality on Google's search results pages as we do currently have on YouTube thanks to your awesome extension :)
