hungry ghost (gets stuck in a "want to eat, but I'm in danger" loop, eating and cancelling)
unreachable moth of wrath in trog altar vault (qw wanders in to die)
ranged lightning/cold damage without resists - qw wanders forward instead of backing around a corner like it normally does against ranged threats

If maurice goes invis and gets away, qw swings at empty air endlessly

Does not swinging stop after some time like with other invisible things that disappeared for some reason (e.g. teleport, stairdance, shafting)?
