Why do you think the link is worth adding on this list? (Disclosure: I am the developer of Lightcube) Lightcube offers a number of unique features including:

• Import Photoshop PSD files
• Isometric shape tool
• Built-in pattern brushes (for things like brickwork, landscapes, fences, windows, doors, meshes etc., stuff that's painstaking to draw)
• Color ramp generator with configurable hue shifting
• Inline text tool

Does this project has any License? Lightcube is closed source and requires a license purchase.
